Mr. Grade A was established in 1950 and has been serving the foodservice industry for the last seventy years. The Founder Irwin Mintz, started the company by selling eggs house to house, one dozen at a time. Irwin worked out of his garage where he candled and packed eggs by hand into egg cartons, which he also made. Wyn Mintz entered the company in 1981 and Owen Mintz in 1982. Mr. Grade A went from selling only eggs door to door to a family run broadline foodservice distributor. Mr. Grade A grew one customer at a time by giving customers quality products and great service at a fair price. You can count on Mr. Grade A to deliver the products you need when you need them!!!
